1. Regularly keep the center column and slider guide column clean, clean them frequently, and keep the mold bottom plate free of dirt during mold installation to ensure the cleanliness of the platform and avoid scratches.

2. When the new punch press is used for one month, add some butter (including the feeder) to the flywheel to maintain its lubrication. If butter is not added for a long time, it will cause wear and tear inside the flywheel, affecting the performance of the machine tool. In the future, it will also be necessary to add butter during each maintenance

3. Replacement of circulating oil for the machine: Replace the new machine once a month and every six months thereafter to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine
